For everyone else
The help centre has twenty-odd short guides covering what you will actually do: setting up, taking payments, members and dues, events, the member portal, email, data export and privacy requests.
What does not exist yet
We would rather list this than let you find out by looking for it.
- A published OpenAPI document. Planned.
- Outbound webhooks, and therefore their event types, payload shapes and retry policy. Not built. This is the most-requested item on the list.
- A data-model reference. The export is the honest version of this today: pull a JSON export and you are looking at the real schema rather than a document describing it.
- Per-integration setup guides. Stripe is the only integration that moves data today, and take payments covers it. The accounting and marketing integration pages on this site describe planned work.
